The TurnPoint team will be hosting express Masterclasses for existing clients on specific topics each month. 

These sessions are a great opportunity to deep dive into topics that you and your team need assistance with and learn tips and tricks from your TurnPoint facilitator and other peers. 

Sessions will be: 

  • Capped at 20 participants per session (first in best dressed)
  • No longer than 30 minutes
  • Facilitated by TurnPoint Software team members. 
  • Designed to be interactive so you can learn from other providers

The first five Masterclasses (February – June 2023) will be free of charge for all clients. From July 2023 onwards a fee to attend will be applied.

Topic 1: Weekly planner – Daily view

1. How to navigate between daily and weekly view.

2. Make the daily view a default. 

3. Discuss additional, or hidden features that can be used on daily view including bidding, bulk move and preview trip.

Overview of how to set up NDIS budgets and how they can then be used for managing client’s expenditure

1. Work through the process of submitting the form and updating it

2. Learn how to export the data

Topic 5: Rostering: updating / cancelling appointments

1. Understand the difference between cancelling appointments on the appointment page and through the weekly planner (chargeable option).

2. Discuss the recommended ways of making changes or cancelling REPEAT appointments for upcoming appointments.
