“Busy work”

Defined as work that keeps a person busy but has minimal value, seems to be rampant within the NDIS industry. On-top of ever-changing Government policy (with little notice), providers often find themselves with an insurmountable amount of paper forms, spreadsheets that are often out of date, and staff constantly undertaking menial tasks.
