Chargeable Support

At TurnPoint Software we believe in providing choice for our clients and give them predictable costings for support that make sense. At TurnPoint Software we have three levels of support packages available as well as ad-hoc pricing.

Level 0: Non-support related tickets such as enrolments for non-technology product such as enrolment for training and masterclasses etc

Level 1: Inbound queries from customers that can be resolved by our customer support team without changes to configuration, reconciliation or active involvement from our customer team

Level 2:
Inbound queries from customers that require active involvement from our customer support such as changes to configuration, reconciliation or system reviews

Level 3
: Enquiries that require changes to the underlying code or development capability to be resolved
