Implementing TurnPoint Assist, what to expect

We’ve all been there before. Day one, you’ve just bought your new software, you’re ready to go but aren’t sure how to get started. Reaching out to your sales contact for some assistance leads nowhere.

“Sorry, I can’t help with that, you should reach out to the implementations team…”

At TurnPoint Assist, our providers receive a very different experience. We believe in building partnerships with providers. That’s why no matter what product you buy, what implementation you chose, your Business Development Manager, who has been with you since the first demo, will be your point contact during implementation.

Self-Guided / Guided – be supported no matter what

TurnPoint provides two choices of implementation: self-guided and guided. We often get asked what the difference is between the two, and whether any support is available during the self-guided option.

Unlike other software systems we believe in building a two-way relationship with our providers. No matter the option chosen, each provider will have access to their Business Development Manager, and the wider TurnPoint Software Support team throughout the implementation journey. The team are on hand to help answer any questions, as well as point you in the right direction when you get  stuck.

There is also a handy implementation guide, with step-by-step instructions and videos, to help you on your way.

For those that choose the guided-implementation your Business Development Manager becomes a pseudo-project manager during your implementation. They will jump in the trenches with you, help you build out your system and direct you with everything you need to achieve in order to go live.

Ask early, ask often

One of the biggest pieces of advice we give right from the first demo is to ask questions early and to ask them often. As they say, there is no such thing as a silly question. This will avoid disappointment, and set expectations, for both parties. Our aim is to ensure our providers are fully informed about the capabilities of TurnPoint Assist, and where that two-way partnership comes into play, and where we need to get creative to achieve providers’ goals.

We’ve seen it all before

We’re up for any challenge. With over 65,000 care recipients supported through TurnPoint Assist across a wide range of industries including HCP, CHSP, NDIS and more, there isn’t much we haven’t seen. And, if we haven’t seen it, we work in partnership with providers to create the most effective solution. The TurnPoint Assist system is designed to make providers lives easier, and it’s that thinking that drives the TurnPoint Software team and is why we pay careful attention when listening to our providers.
